My name is Rick Simpson and I am the founder of Phoenix Tears Healing Hemp Oil. Recently, I was contacted by Mr. Rotem Naim and his group who wish to grow and research the hemp plant and the medicine it produces in Israel. I hope you will take their request to do this research seriously. I and those around me are more than willing to help Mr. Naim and his group in any way possible to achieve their goal.

Hopefully the day will soon come when every country in the world will have an organization such as Phoenix Tears to supply the medicine to its citizens. Put simply, I have been producing the essential oil from the hemp plant and I have made it available to people with many different medical conditions. I have provided this oil to over two thousand people with various medical problems and the results have been astounding. I have found that properly produced hemp oil is literally a cure all. This oil, if ingested and used correctly, is a cure or control for most human maladies, even cancer.

About a year and a half ago, we released a documentary called “Run From The Cure - The Rick Simpson Story” which can be viewed on You Tube or watched in its entirety at http://www.facebook.com/l/;www.phoenixtearsmovie.com. In the documentary we showed people who had used the oil for their medical problems. We also showed a very simple method that can be used for people to produce their own medicine.

Also, we have put the recipe to produce the medicine on our web site http://www.facebook.com/l/;www.phoenixtears.ca. Thanks to the information we provided to the public, people from all over the world are producing the medicine for their friends and loved ones and others and are achieving the same results that we have had.

The method described in our documentary and web site to produce the medicine could only be considered ‘crude’ at best. But, if you have a loved one who is suffering and dying from cancer or a whole array of other diseases, at least this method allows the average person to produce a medicine that could save their lives. If our instructions are followed, a very high potency medicine can be produced, but to do this on a large scale there are much better and safer methods to produce the oil.

There are several ways to produce potent hemp medicine in a very safe manner. I have extensive experience producing the medicine using distilling equipment which allows me to reclaim the solvent used to extract the oil. Safe distilling practises are hardly new to mankind and such a system can easily be set up on a large or small scale. With the use of today’s technology it is no longer necessary for the operator to even be in the same building the process is taking place in. Other methods such as ‘Cold Water Extraction’ can be used to produce the medicine with absolutely no danger. I have limited experience with cold water extraction, but I have been in contact with many people who have used this method successfully. Both methods I have described, if performed properly, will produce high quality medicine with complete safety. Also there are many methods and techniques that can be utilized to produce the oil.

Producing the oil does not present a problem, research into which strains of hemp to use for various conditions is what is needed. There are thousands of hemp strains available and their medicinal aspects will vary from strain to strain. We need to determine which strains are the most effective for different conditions and that is what research into the hemp plant should be focused on. I have found that practically all powerful Indica strains and many Indica -Sativa crosses are effective in treating cancer. Some strains possess greater pain killing aspects while others are more effective for treating diabetes and lowering ocular pressure with people suffering from glaucoma.

The cannabinoid levels in any given strain determine that strains effectiveness as a medicine. With a simple process of elimination we can easily determine which strains are the most effective for any given medical condition.

This fall, Dr. Lumir Hanus with Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Jack Herer and I are scheduled to do a speaking tour in Europe regarding hemp medicine. Far too many people are suffering and dying for no reason due to the restrictions that have been put in place by corruption to keep hemp medicine from the public. Hemp is man’s oldest known and safest medication, also, hemp is non-addictive and for thousands of years been regarded as the most medicinal plant on earth. The only reason hemp medicine was ever denied to the public is greed and profit margins.

If you look beyond the propaganda regarding hemp, you will find everything I have told you is true. The restrictions against hemps medicinal use must come to an end, this medicine cannot and will not be withheld back any longer.
