SALEM, Ore. (AP) – Advocates who want to legalize marijuana in Oregon say their measure has been officially certified to appear on the state’s November ballot.
The secretary of state’s office confirmed Friday that the petition organizers collected enough valid signatures for the measure to qualify.
The measure would allow the cultivation and sale of marijuana to adults through state-licensed stores and would allow adults to grow pot for their own use.
